Contract Information and Conditions (School Lessons)
Please keep this information for your reference.
The arrangements for paying for instrumental lessons are explained in this information sheet. Please read carefully, then complete and sign the attached contract. This should be returned to me either at the next lesson, via email, or directly by post if you wish your child to receive lessons in school.
· An invoice will be issued at the start of each half term.
· Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
· The number of lessons planned for a particular half term will be stated on the invoice.
· Refunds will not be given for non-attendance. It is important to notify me of any lessons which might be missed, otherwise they will be charged for. This includes absence through illness, medical appointments, school trips etc. If such circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible on the mobile number above.
· Any lessons which are not held because I am unavailable will be rescheduled to another date. If this is not possible, credit will be issued for the following half term.
· Four weeks' notice will be given by the teacher if there are to be any changes in the lesson fees.
· Where a decision is made to discontinue lessons, four weeks’ written notice must be given (either by the parent/carer or the teacher). During this notice period, lessons must be paid for.

Further Opportunities – Available for the following academic year for any children who have completed the Wider Opportunities programme in school in school.
Assisted Bursary - This is available for students whose family is in receipt of one of the following benefits:
Free School Meals
Income Support
Income Based Job Seeker’s Allowance
Working Tax Credit.
Universal Credit
SEN Subsidy - Your child is eligible for this if they are on the special needs register at school. The reduction allows for a shared lesson to be converted to an individual lesson without increasing the cost for the parent/carer. Please contact me to discuss the process.
